How to fix Duplicate Jobs (Common With Bullhorn ATS)

Duplicate job listings can sometimes occur when syncing jobs from Bullhorn, usually due to temporary API interruptions.

How to Handle Duplicate Jobs

  1. Go to your job list and locate duplicates using the job reference number (important).

  2. Open both job listings.

  3. If one of the jobs has no applications:

    • Do not delete it immediately.

    • Mark the job as Inactive and save.

  4. Wait 15–20 minutes and check again.

  5. Confirm the inactive job does not return during the next sync.

Important Note

A platform update is being released to prevent this issue from occurring in the future.
