Refme can be integrated within Vincere meaning the team can have access to all of Refme's functionality without having to leave the CRM. The process is quick, and done mainly by our team - please complete the following steps to help us get the ball rolling.
Step 1. Request Vincere to add the Refme app to your account
Step 2. Login as a user
- Navigate to the Integration tab
- Click on the Vincere integration
- Authenticate with Vincere
Step 2: Grant Refme Access
The first time each user opens the Refme integration they will presented with the following page inviting them to sign in to Vincere to grant Refme Access to your Vincere Account:
This only needs to be done once, after which Refme will store the user’s details for faster access in the future.
Step X: To disconnect
To disconnect the app click the disconnect button
