How to Access Shazamme Support Knowledge Bases and Updates

Shazamme Support Knowledge Base:


1. When logged in to go.shazamme.com or web.shazamme.com, look for the emoji icon on the lower right hand side >> click on it >> click on the Documentation and Guides 


2. You will then be routed to the Knowledge base page which you can search for anything related to site builds / customizing widgets etc. 





Shazamme Update Log


1. When logged in to go.shazamme.com or web.shazamme.com, look for the emoji icon on the lower right hand side >> click on it >> click on See What's New



2. You'll then see these updates and a Read More button to expand the full articles which will route you to the Shazamme Update Log page.
